POETRY IS THE SPONTANEOUS OVERFLOW OF POWERFUL FEELINGS

THE BEAUTY OF POETRY
Poetry conveys something profound and complex artistically.
Rhyme and rhythm contribute to the uniqueness and imagery.
.
The poet’s thoughts and ideas can be arranged in stanzas.
It makes the language easy to understand by poetry readers.
*
Poets are sometimes referred to as alchemists because of this art.
With magical verses, they transform content into a readable format.
The brevity of poetry allows for a concise tone and expression.
The poetry is conveyed in an emotional voice that’s personal.
*
These are the words of William Wordsworth, a famous English poet.
“Painting is silent poetry, and poetry is painting that speaks.
Poetry is the spontaneous overflow of powerful feelings.
It takes its origin from emotion recollected in tranquillity.”
*
I have published 18 poetry books with poems of various genres
Six Christian poetry books are included in my collection of poetry.
I have penned poems on love, nature, world icons, and peace,
Motivation, Christian life. Iconic sites, and travel memories.
*

THE CINEMATIC SCOPE OF ZEEKA AND THE ZOMBIES II

FROM ZOMBIE STORY TO HOLLYWOOD SCREENPLAY SUCCESS

Zeeka and the Zombies II is a gripping futuristic sci‑fi horror by Trinidadian author Brenda Mohammed, whose prolific career spans 68 published books.

When a psychotic cop known as Master Zeeka unleashes a horde of zombies during Caribbean carnival festivities, chaos erupts on the island. Two long‑separated brothers, Dr. Raynor Sharpe and Dr. Steven Sharpe, discover a shocking connection to the villain and must rise to save their paradise.

Packed with twisty thrills, haunting revelations, and unforgettable characters from detectives and malicious zombies to Number Nine, the “zombie” cured by Steven’s Miracle Machine, delivers a powerful tale where good triumphs over evil.

The story’s cinematic scope led to its adaptation into a feature‑length screenplay, which advanced as a Finalist in the 13Horror.com Film & Screenplay Contest, ranking among the top 25% of global entries. Judges praised its genre‑defying fusion of futuristic sci‑fi, Caribbean folklore, and dark fantasy, vividly set in the year 2036.

Contest Director Andrew Hannon commended the screenplay for its complex narrative, emotional depth, and chilling spectacle. He highlighted standout moments such as the Carnival massacre, the shocking twist involving Chief of Police Bill Grady, and the poignant revelation of Zeeka’s hidden humanity.

BOOK REVIEW FOR SAVE GOD'S EARTH

BOOK REVIEW FOR SAVE GOD’S EARTH: POEMS ON CLIMATE CHANGE, PEACE, LOVE, AND HUMANITY
I just finished Save God's Earth: Poems on Climate Change, Peace, Love, and Humanity, and I left a review.
You have written something that is both starkly honest and genuinely hopeful. The poems in this collection open our eyes to a reality we too often prefer to avoid. The Earth does not belong to us. It belongs to God, and we are only the tenants. That framing is powerful, and it shapes every poem that follows. You remind us that our purpose and duty to our Creator is to take care of what we have been blessed with, and that through the Earth, God provides us with fresh water, food, and oxygen. Humans, animals, and other species depend on these necessities to live. That is not just a theme. It is a call to responsibility.
What impressed me even more was how you connect the environmental and the human. You name the biggest challenge clearly. Climate change and its effects on human and animal life. You note that the current warming trend is particularly significant because most of it is very likely due to human activities. And you do not stop at diagnosis. You point to air, water, and plastic pollution growing exponentially, and you insist that it is time for every individual to play a part in reducing the catastrophic impact of these activities. That is a message that could easily become preachy in less careful hands, but your poetry carries it with grace and conviction.
The peace and humanity thread is another strength. You point out that military activities are harmful to the social environment and produce extensive amounts of greenhouse gases that contribute to climate change and pollution. And then you call for peace campaigns, rooted in love and humanity. That interweaving of ecology, peace, and love is what makes the collection feel whole rather than fragmented. You are not writing about separate issues. You are writing about one interconnected world, and you invite the reader to see it that way too.
I think that is exactly what makes this book memorable. A poetry collection does not get many chances to make a first impression, and you have delivered something that immediately establishes itself as an asset to any library. It is thoughtful, urgent, and deeply human. It knows exactly what kind of truth it wants to speak, and it speaks that truth with beauty and courage.
